What are probiotics?
 Probiotics are living microflora or beneficial bacterial, that play a critical role in maintaining good health by supporting healthy microbial balance in the gut.
Probiotics have the potential to:

What are digestive enzymes?
 Enzymes are living catalysts, and the key to good digestion. Present in all whole live foods but destroyed by cooking and processing, digestive enzymes break down foods into nutrients that your body can then readily assimilate.
