3 tablespoons nut butter
2 tablespoons Goatein® protein powder
3 ounces softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons Hawaiian Lehau Honey
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, except the nuts. Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into ball between palms, then roll in nuts. Refrigerate. Makes 10-12 balls. Approx. 4.5 grams carbohydrates each ball. Approx. 4.5 grams protein each ball.
